Operation Buzzkill

This isn't strictly relevant, but venerable game company Milton Bradley has published a few videogames over the years. 

And this photograph from the cover of an old Milton Bradley game flyer is at least as creepy as any of those "realistic Mario" renderings that keep popping up on the Internet:

I can't help thinking how much creepier the game of Operation would be with just one additional sound effect when the doctor makes a mistake.  The familiar:

BUZZZZZZZZZ!
