1UP.com's Retronauts podcast, hosted by Jeremy Parish et al., is always fun and interesting -- usually, the team dives into a game series or company, sharing facts and memories about vintage games, radio-style.
The 04/16/2010 episode (which I only got around to listening to last week) is especially notable -- they gathered together a roundtable of programmers who worked at Atari's Tengen division, producing NES adaptations of Atari Games' arcade titles once upon a time. Many of the folks involved have interesting pre- and post-Tengen histories in the game industry as well, and there are a lot of stories told that I'd never heard elsewhere.
Give it a listen when you have a chance.
